Service Notes / Terms
These notes describe the conditions for use of the website and the controlled first public-order operation of GGC Logistics.
1. Operator and scope
The operator and service provider is Anna Momeni, Botendienst, GISA No. 39241467, Kastnergasse 15/11, 1170 Vienna, Austria. GGC Logistics / Golden Green Courier is the service name. The published contact details are also available in the Imprint.
2. Nature of the service
GGC Logistics provides local courier, light delivery and digital coordination services within the scope of the registered trade. The service is limited to the delivery cases and operating areas described and supported by the platform.
3. Request, order and acceptance
Submitting an order through the platform first transmits a delivery request containing the information supplied by the customer. An order can be handled only under the applicable platform rules, operational availability, supported service area and permitted parcel type. GGC Logistics may reject a request or require clarification where performance is not legally, safely or operationally possible.
4. Price and quote
The quote displayed by the platform is based on the entered or structured pickup and delivery data, calculated route, parcel type, service type and the pricing logic active at the time of the quote. A quote can be used only within its stated validity period. Price-relevant changes or an expired quote may require a new calculation and review.
5. Payment during the controlled first wave
Manual bank transfer is the only payment method enabled for the first controlled public-order wave. An order remains payment-pending until actual receipt of funds has been verified by an authorized Admin/Finance function. Payment-dependent operational steps must not be treated as paid based only on a customer statement.
Cash payment, card or online payment capture, pay-later and unsecured invoice credit are not enabled for the first wave. Any later introduction of those methods requires separate authorization and an update of these terms.
6. Supported and excluded deliveries
Supported cases include documents, small parcels, personal deliveries, local shop deliveries and light business deliveries within approved service areas. Unsupported cases include dangerous goods, prohibited items, air cargo, freight forwarding, heavy transport, pallet freight, warehousing, temperature-critical or otherwise specially regulated deliveries unless expressly and lawfully confirmed otherwise.
7. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide complete and correct pickup and delivery addresses, contact details, parcel information and required instructions. The parcel must be suitable for the booked service, safely packed and lawful. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delay, rejection or necessary manual review.
8. Cancellation
Direct cancellation is available while the order is still carried by the current system as a cancellable SUBMITTED order. If operational processing has progressed further, cancellation must be handled through Support and may depend on work already performed or mandatory legal rules. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Operational limitations and liability
Displayed routes, timing information and availability are operational planning information and are not a guarantee of delivery at an exact minute. Traffic, weather, access restrictions, incorrect customer information, failures of external infrastructure or other circumstances not reasonably controllable may affect performance.
Mandatory statutory liability rules apply. These service notes do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Customer-facing price and payment information does not create any promise regarding compensation, settlement or payout to couriers or other third parties.
10. Support and contact
Questions about orders, payments, cancellations or support cases can be raised through the provided Support functions or through the published contact details:

11. Changes
These notes may be updated if processes, functions, legal requirements, price or payment models or the approved delivery offering change. The version published at the relevant time applies to the extent permitted by law.
12. Statutory rights
Mandatory statutory rights, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights, remain unaffected by these service notes.
