Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes the data processing and external map services used by the current GGC Logistics operation. If additional external, analytics, payment or marketing tools are introduced later, this policy will be updated before those functions are released.

4. Legal bases
Depending on the case, processing is based on contract performance or pre-contractual measures, legitimate interests in secure and functional website operation, or legal obligations. Where another legal basis or consent is required, the relevant function is not enabled merely by this policy.
5. Recipients / technical service providers
Technical service providers may be used for website hosting, communication, security and map/delivery presentation. The current map interface specifically uses the external services described below.
6. Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, statutory retention duties or legitimate documentation and security interests.
7. Data subject rights
Data subjects may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and complaint to the Austrian Data Protection Authority, depending on the applicable case.
8. Cookies / local storage
The website may use technically necessary cookies, sessions or local storage mechanisms where required for operation, security, form functions or customer account functions.
This launch approval does not add analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, tracking pixels or comparable third-party trackers. If such functions are introduced later, the privacy notice and any required consent mechanism must be reviewed and updated beforehand.
9. Leaflet through unpkg.com
For the interactive map presentation, the browser currently loads the Leaflet library through the unpkg.com content delivery network. When these files are requested, the browser establishes a direct connection to that external service. In particular, the IP address, browser/user-agent information, time, requested file and ordinary HTTP request metadata may be processed.
The purpose of this request is solely to provide the technical map interface for route, delivery area and quote/order presentation. GGC Logistics does not use this request as its own analytics or advertising tracking.
10. OpenStreetMap map tiles
The map view currently loads OpenStreetMap tile-service map tiles directly in the browser. As a result, the external tile service may process the IP address, browser/user-agent information, time, requested map tile and therefore the viewed map area, together with ordinary HTTP request metadata.
Pickup and delivery addresses are processed within GGC quote/routing functions. They are not intentionally written as clear-text address values into the map-tile URL. However, the visible map area and displayed route can reveal the approximate geographic context of the requested route. GGC Logistics therefore does not claim stronger confidentiality from external map providers than the actual technical implementation provides.
11. No additional analytics or marketing services
The disclosure above covers the map library/CDN and map-tile functions currently used. This launch approval introduces no new analytics services, advertising networks, tracking pixels or third-party marketing tools.
12. Changes to external services
If external map, routing, payment, analytics or other third-party services are changed or added, this privacy policy must be aligned with the actual technical behavior before the relevant public release.
